Careers at LEKKER Boats
Where it all begins.
Amsterdam is where LEKKER Boats started. A small team with one idea: build boats the way they should be built, by hand, with no compromises.
That same mindset shapes how we work today. We’re looking for people who care about craftsmanship, who want to build something real, and who take pride in getting it right.
If that sounds like you, take a look at our open positions below, or send us an open application.
Back to the roots
Built the hard way.
We’re still a small, hands-on team based in Leimuiden, building every boat from the ground up, by hand, with no compromises.
No two days look the same. You’ll work closely with the people who design, weld, and finish every LEKKER boat, and see your work go straight from the workshop onto the water.
We’re looking for people who value real craftsmanship and want to grow with a team that’s building something lasting, together.
Made to last. Made by hand.
Fast-paced when a boat needs to ship. Hands-on every single day. At LEKKER you’ll see a project through from raw aluminum to a finished boat on the water, working alongside a small team that cares about getting every detail right.
100% built in the Netherlands, in our own workshop in Leimuiden.
